It is responsible for managing a housing stock of 788 units on behalf of its co-owners, the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and the City of Montreal. Located in the heart of the Faubourg Saint-Laurent, the HJM represents the largest social housing complex in Quebec. A major housing modernization program, which began in 2012, is nearing completion.
