The senior is looking for a volunteer who speaks Russian to assist her with outings into the community, technology questions, and/or groceries. Time and day is flexible. The senior enjoys listening to music, engaging in outdoor activities, walking and playing piano. No car needed! The senior lives near McGill metro station, however the specific location of the accompaniment/visit spot will be shared upon being matched with them. Tasks: - Accompany a senior from their home to their appointment(s), providing physical and emotional support. - Coordinate meetings with your senior match for casual, enjoyable activities like chatting over coffee, playing games, or going for walks. Qualities we are looking for: - Patient, empathetic, open-minded, organized, friendly and reliable. - Weekday availability.
