Volunteer Role: HR Consultant / Recruitment Lead AWE is creating a new, part-time Operations Manager role (paid, contractual) that is central to strengthening the organization’s internal operations. This is the first time AWE is hiring for this function, and it is a priority for the organization. We are seeking an experienced volunteer to lead the recruitment process for this role, and to support the recruitment of two new Board members, as well. The Volunteer HR Consultant will lead and support a clear, fair, and values-aligned recruitment process. Working closely with the Executive Director, this person will help ensure AWE attracts strong candidates aligned with its mission and stage of growth.
