Make a real difference this summer while building your future.

We are currently seeking volunteer swimming instructors to join our summer camp team in Montreal. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and contribute to the well-being of children in our community.

Summer Camp Details
• Duration: 9 weeks (June 22 to August 21)
• Flexible schedule – choose the weeks and times that suit you

Role and responsibilities
• Assist in supervising and leading swimming activities
• Support instructors during lessons
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and dynamic environment
• Encourage children's confidence and participation

What you will gain:
Volunteers will develop leadership, communication, teamwork and responsibility skills, while gaining practical experience with children in a structured environment.

All volunteers receive the following free of charge:
• Typing course (target: 60+ WPS)
• McGill University Personal Finance Certificate (online)
• Resume creation support and one-on-one mentoring
• Certificate of participation and letter of recommendation (upon request)
• Access to the Bishop’s University Leadership Forum
• Access to international volunteer opportunities with AIESEC

Desired Profile
• Experience with children (an asset, not required)
• Comfortable leading activities (sports, games, or crafts)
• Ability to communicate in English or French (bilingualism an asset)
• Organized, reliable, and motivated to help others learn and grow
