Context of the mandate

Jardins pour tous is looking for a dynamic individual to facilitate our educational and school activity program in the Plateau-Mont-Royal.

Tasks

We are seeking someone passionate about sharing knowledge during our guided visits and creative sessions, particularly with our partners (schools, CHSLD).

Your Role:

• Facilitate educational visits focused on medicinal plants and biodiversity;

• Lead creative workshops (botanical art, nature crafts);

• Facilitate moments of discovery and learning related to nature.

Examples of Activities to Facilitate:

• Visits to medicinal plant gardens;

• Exploration of the "Jardins du Monde";

• Craft workshops (flower pressing, autumn art);

• Seasonal creative workshops (herbal teas and decorations).

Desired qualifications

• Strong interest in knowledge transmission and environmental education;

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate diverse groups;

• Pedagogical sense and a passion for the Plateau-Mont-Royal community.

Expected level of involvement
