Context of the mandate

Located in the Ville-Émard neighbourhood in southwest Montreal, les Habitations d'Aragon-Jogues is a corporation that provides twelve subsidized housing units for people living with, or who have experienced, mental health challenges.

Becoming a member of the Board of Directors of Les Habitations d'Aragon-Jogues is an opportunity to build new connections, take on new challenges, and contribute to the social and cultural life of your community.

Interested candidates do not need extensive board governance experience, as training can be provided.

Tasks

We are currently seeking a new Board Member to join our Board of Directors.

You would like to make a meaningful contribution to our organization and its operations.

Desired qualifications

Interested candidates do not need extensive board governance experience, as training can be provided.

Expected level of involvement

• You are available to attend 6 to 7 meetings per year (approximately 20 hours annually).

• We prefer to hold meetings in person; however, remote participation arrangements can be made when needed.
