Context of the mandate

We are looking for 5 volunteers to help prepare for and support our staff Christmas party!

Date: November 27, 2026
Event location: 338 rue Saint-Antoine

Tasks

Schedule and tasks:

• Starting at 2:00 p.m.: meet at Bureau Saint-Antoine to transport decorations to the event venue and help with setup.

• Throughout the evening: help keep the venue clean and tidy.

• Around 11:00 p.m. or midnight: take down decorations, help with cleanup, and transport the items back to Bureau Saint-Antoine. Expected return around 1:00 a.m. on November 28.

What to wear: comfortable clothing. You are also welcome to dress up for the event!

Ideally able to communicate in French and English
