Context of the mandate

Contribute to the warm atmosphere of the facility and provide comfort to patients, families, loved ones, and visitors by assisting the cook with daily tasks, including meal preparation, serving, and cleanup.

Tasks

• Assist with meal preparation: chopping vegetables, etc.
• Serve meals.
• Wash dishes.
• Help keep the kitchen, dining room tables, and storage areas clean and tidy.
• Assist with closing up the kitchen and restocking supplies.

Desired qualifications

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and punctuality;
• Good physical condition to handle standing work;
• Fluency in French required; knowledge of English is a plus.

Expected level of involvement

Flexible availability is accepted, ranging from once a week to once a month.
