Context of the mandate

As part of CinéPartage, Angle Psy aims to increase the event’s visibility and engage the public around mental health and sexual violence prevention among young people aged 16 to 30. The volunteer will support these outreach efforts through promotional posting and street interviews. Their involvement will help expand the event’s reach and encourage meaningful conversations with the community.

Tasks

• Post promotional materials for the event in authorized locations;

• Conduct short street interviews with members of the public;

• Engage with community members and encourage participation in the event;

• Collect feedback and reactions from participants;

• Represent Angle Psy in a professional and respectful manner.

Desired qualifications

• Comfortable communicating and interacting with the public;

• Outgoing, dynamic, and comfortable approaching people;

• Reliable, independent, and proactive;

• Interested in awareness-raising and community or social initiatives;

• Comfortable using a smartphone to record short videos;

• Experience in communications, community outreach, or public engagement is an asset but not required.

Expected level of involvement

Short-term and flexible involvement, based on the needs of the event.

• Approximately 5 to 10 hours in total;

• Short-term commitment, until the outreach activities are completed;

• Availability mainly during daytime or on weekends, depending on the needs;

• Schedule to be determined based on the volunteer’s availability.
