Context of the mandate

BOP is seeking candidates wishing to commit to classical and contemporary music as members of its Board of Directors.

Tasks

Their role will be to support the unprecedented development of our activities, including the growing number of productions in the making, performances, and venues visited.

Desired qualifications

We are primarily looking for professionals with expertise in marketing and public relations. 

We also encourage individuals with other backgrounds and skills to apply.

Expected level of involvement

BOP’s Board of Directors consists of seven members who meet four times a year. Board meetings are held in person, while committee meetings take place via videoconference.

New members are expected to actively participate in at least one committee:

• Executive Committee;
• Ethics and Governance Committee;
• Fundraising Committee;
• Communications Committee.
