Context of the mandate

By giving a few hours of your time, you will directly help make food more accessible to individuals and families in need. Your involvement will help reduce food waste, support people in vulnerable situations, and strengthen mutual aid and community solidarity in the Plateau-Mont-Royal.

Tasks

• Help unload a truck of food;
• Assist with the preparation and assembly of food baskets.

Desired qualifications

• In good physical condition;
• Dynamic and motivated;
• Comfortable working as part of a team;
• Interested in making a meaningful contribution to an important community project.

Expected level of involvement

• Tuesday, November 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, November 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Possible date: Tuesday, December 8 (to be confirmed)

You do not need to be available for all the dates. You may sign up for one date or for multiple dates, depending on your availability.

The volunteer activities will take place at La Maison d’Aurore (4816 Garnier Street). Please note that a Les Accordailles staff member will be present at all times to guide and support you.
