Context of the mandate

The volunteer contributes to developing the visibility of CISIM-MTL and promoting its mission, services, activities, and projects.

Tasks

• Manage and moderate social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn);
• Respond to user interactions and increase visibility;
• Create and share content, posts, and visuals;
• Update and maintain the website;
• Promote activities, services, and volunteer opportunities;
• Build engagement within the online community;
• Track statistics and suggest improvements;
• Collaborate with senior management and project managers.

Desired qualifications

Creative, autonomous, and organized individual with skills in digital communications, social media, and website management. Good command of digital tools and strong writing skills. Experience in a nonprofit or community setting is an asset.

Expected level of involvement

2 hours/month for meetings and up to 5 hours/week depending on current needs and activities. Regular, independent, and reliable commitment.
