Context of the mandate
We are looking for someone who is eager to get involved, share their ideas, and contribute their experience to our organization. PRACOM is a community mental health center that provides a warm and positive environment where people can thrive, develop the skills they need to better navigate daily life, build connections, and regain control over their lives.
Tasks
Contribute, alongside other board members, to the organization’s strategic direction and decision-making, help ensure the fulfillment of its mission, and provide responsible oversight of its governance and activities.

Expected level of involvement
The expected level of involvement for members of Pracom’s board of directors is approximately 8 meetings per year, held in person at the organization’s offices. Meetings generally take place at 6:00 p.m. A 2-year term with the option to run for re-election.
