Context of the mandate

For over 39 years, CERHA has been a Montreal-based community organization offering free, anonymous, and confidential listening services, as well as support for the integration of newcomers.

The Centre d’écoute et de référence Halte Ami (CERHA) is currently seeking new volunteers to take on reception duties for the 2026–2027 year.

Tasks

Answering the phone and transferring calls, providing information about our services.

French language skills are required.

Expected level of involvement

The minimum commitment required is 3 hours of volunteer work at the reception desk per week.
