Context of the mandate

We are looking for eight volunteers to support the All-Staff Meeting, during which the organization’s operational plan will be presented.

Date: September 17, 2026
Time: 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Location: Centre St-Pierre, Marguerite-Bourgeoys Room (303)
Address: 1212 Rue Panet, Montréal, QC H2L 2Y7

Attire: Casual and comfortable clothing. A PAQ volunteer T-shirt will be provided.

Perk: Breakfast will be provided to volunteers.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Three volunteers to take staff attendance;
• Two volunteers to manage refreshments;
• One volunteer to advance the presentation slides.

Desired qualifications

Bilingualism is required.

Expected level of involvement

A task briefing will take place at 8:15 a.m. Volunteers will begin their assigned duties at 8:20 a.m. and finish at 12:00 p.m.
