Context of the mandate

Volunteers Needed: Help Us Get Ready for the New School Year! 

Saint Columba House is looking for volunteers or groups of volunteers to help us organize and clean our educational materials as we prepare a welcoming, organized space for children starting the new school year in mid-September!

You are very welcome to bring a group of friends, colleagues, or classmates! This is a great opportunity to volunteer together and help us create a clean and organized learning environment for local children.

Tasks

Tasks include:

• Organizing educational materials
• Cleaning materials and shelves if needed
• Labelling materials
• Helping us create an easy-to-follow system to find and store everything

Desired qualifications

Organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable with sorting, organizing, and cleaning. No experience required. Groups of friends are welcome!

Expected level of involvement

When: 12:30–2:30 PM

• Monday, August 31
• Tuesday, September 1
• Thursday, September 3
• Friday, September 4
• Tuesday–Friday during the week of September 7

You can volunteer for one day or multiple days, depending on your availability.
