Context of the mandate

This role is part of our initiatives aimed at reducing social isolation among seniors and promoting a healthy lifestyle. By hosting these introductory table tennis sessions, you will offer participants a welcoming space to stay active, develop their coordination, and build engaging social connections.

Tasks

• Pick up the keys upon arrival.
• Unlock and lock doors, lockers, and equipment at the beginning and end of the each activity.
• Ensure the room and equipment are fully tidied up before leaving.
• Welcome and supervise the beginner-level group.
• Teach basic rules and game techniques adapted to the pace of seniors.
• Take attendance at the start of each session.
• Return attendance sheets and keys to the leaders at the end of the day.

• Autonomous and organized
• Punctual and reliable
• Patient and knowledgeable about the basics of the game and practices
• Ability to teach and adapt to the group's level

Expected level of involvement

2 hours per week, for 8 to 10 weeks.

Minimum 3-month commitment.
