Skateboards For Hope is looking for someone who really knows social media and wants to volunteer their experience to help a mission worth seeing.

We have the stories, photos, young people, skateboards and incredible communities. We need you to help amplify them.

Your challenge:

* Increase our views, reach and engagement;
* Analyze what's working — and what isn't;
* Help us understand algorithms and trends;
* Bring fresh strategies and creative ideas;
* Help us work smarter across all our platforms.

We're looking for someone with solid social media knowledge and experience who enjoys experimenting, thinking creatively and, most importantly, loves a challenge.

You don't need to post all day. We need someone who can help us post smarter, reach further and make more noise for a mission that matters.

Tasks

• Develop strategies to increase views, reach, and engagement ;
• Analyze performance and identify what content works best ;
• Advise the team on trends, algorithms, and best practices ;
• Bring creative ideas tailored to our different platforms.

Expected result: grow the Skateboards For Hope community and increase our visibility.

Desired qualifications

• Experience and strong knowledge of social media ;
• Understanding of algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies ;
• Creative, independent, and proactive ;
• Comfortable with analytics and performance tools ;
• Loves a challenge and wants to support a youth-focused mission.

Expected level of involvement

Approximately 2 hours per month, for a minimum commitment of 6 months.

Flexible schedule, primarily remote.
