Context of the mandate

Do you have a passion, a talent, or simply want to share your time with young people aged 18 to 30?

We are looking for people to lead one activity per week: physical activities, arts, educational or cultural activities, games, or any other idea!

We are flexible and can adapt activities to your availability. Ideally, we would like to create some consistency to help build meaningful connections with the young people.

No idea is too simple—the important thing is to create a moment of connection and sharing!

Tasks

• Prepare and lead an activity
• Welcome and support young people
• Encourage participation
• Adapt to the needs of the group
• Clean up and put away materials
• Communicate with the team when needed

Desired qualifications

• Be a good listener, respectful, and open-minded
• Be willing to share a passion or activity
• Be creative and open to new ideas
• Be comfortable adapting to different needs
• No previous experience in facilitation required

A few hours per week
