Become part of a passionate team that is transforming the lives of underprivileged children across Montreal while gaining valuable experience, professional development, and one-on-one mentorship.

Ideal Candidates

• Previous tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or experience working with children is an asset.
• Comfortable working with elementary or high school students.
• Able to communicate in both English and French.
• Organized, dependable, patient, and enthusiastic about helping young people succeed.

Volunteer Commitment

• 3 hours per day (4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
• One or more afternoons per week
• Choose any day(s) Monday through Thursday
• Programme runs from September 8, 2026 to June 10, 2027

All Volunteers Receive Free

• Professional typing course (goal: 60+ WPM)
• McGill University Personal Finance Essentials Certificate (online)
• Résumé/CV development and one-on-one career mentorship
• Certificate of Participation
• Letter of Reference (upon request)
• Connection to the Bishop's University Leadership Forum
• Access to AIESEC international volunteer opportunities

As a volunteer, you will also have direct access to our Founder and Executive Director, whose mentorship has helped many young people develop the confidence, leadership, and skills needed to achieve their goals.
