At Collectif Récolte, we believe that the power of collective intelligence lies in the diversity of perspectives around the table! With this in mind, we are offering you the opportunity to make a difference by joining our Board of Directors—a meaningful way to get actively involved in building sustainable food systems deeply rooted in our community.

WHY JOIN THE COLLECTIF RÉCOLTE BOARD OF DIRECTORS?

Composed of a maximum of 11 directors, the number of active seats varies based on the organization's governance needs. There are currently nine active positions.

The Collectif Récolte Board meets at least six times a year. Board members are expected to actively contribute to discussions and tasks related to the organization's governance, which represents approximately four additional hours of volunteer work per month, depending on ongoing projects.

As a board member, you will combine your voice and expertise with those of fellow members and the executive director to help guide the organization in fulfilling its mission and strategic directions.

During our Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Monday, September 28, 2026, five positions will be up for election. Directors are elected for a two-year term, unless otherwise specified.

The areas of expertise we are currently looking to recruit (though not limited to) are:

• Funding strategies for high-impact projects,

• Partnership development experience within the philanthropic sector,

• Strategic communications,

• Marketing and public relations,

• Governance Experience in the Non-Profit Sector (NPO).

Availability, commitment, and leadership are the qualities we are looking for to complete our Board of Directors.
