Key Responsibilities Angle Psy is looking for a rigorous and creative individual wishing to structure our educational service offerings. The primary mission of the Pedagogical Design Manager will be to develop training content and the necessary tools for our mental health and rape culture awareness projects for young people aged 16 to 30. Secondarily, the person may be called upon to facilitate workshops based on partnership opportunities. The person in this position will be responsible for: Designing, writing, and structuring pedagogical guides, lesson plans, and interactive presentation materials; Updating and revising existing content to ensure its relevance and scientific rigor; Adapting pedagogical tools according to different target audiences and intervention contexts; Integrating feedback from the field to continuously improve the quality of educational tools; Collaborating with the team to ensure the pedagogical coherence of projects; Occasionally facilitating awareness workshops in person or online, depending on needs and established partnerships (optional). Profile Sought Degree or current studies in psychology, social work, sociology, philanthropy, or any other related field; Excellent writing skills and ease in popularizing complex concepts; Strong interest in developing educational material and research; Organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously on creative projects; Strong sensitivity to mental health issues and sexual violence; Rigor, creativity, and analytical mind. Volunteer Conditions 100% remote position for the majority of the work; Approximately 4 hours per week; Mandatory availability on Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (online team meeting); Flexible schedule conducive to writing tasks.
