Key Responsibilities Angle Psy is looking for a visionary and mobilizing individual who wishes to put their leadership and governance skills to work for a social and cultural cause. The President of the Board of Directors will be responsible for: Providing strategic leadership and acting as the official representative of Angle Psy; Ensuring compliance with general bylaws, legal requirements, and good governance of the organization; Preparing the meeting agenda in collaboration with the Secretary; Leading Board meetings, ensuring clarity in decision-making, and overseeing rigorous follow-up on actions; Collaborating closely with Board members, volunteers, and partners to foster organizational synergy; Supporting ethical and inclusive decision-making aligned with the organization’s mission; Developing and maintaining external relationships with partners, funders, and communities; Serving as a driver for organizational growth, innovation, and sustainability; Bridging strategic orientations with operational implementation by the team; Defining and deploying strategies to improve brand image and increase the organization's notoriety; Leading organizational development projects to optimize the structure and effectiveness of Angle Psy. Profile Sought Strategic and mobilizing leadership (3 years of volunteer, associative, or professional experience preferred); Knowledge of non-profit organization (NPO) operations and principles of associative governance; Demonstrated ability to lead Board meetings and represent the organization; Skills in project management, team coordination, and problem-solving; Demonstrated capacity in organizational development and strategic thinking; Excellent oral and written communication skills in French (English is an asset); Comfortable with collaborative digital tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, videoconferencing); Team spirit, diplomacy, listening skills, and integrity; Creativity, strategic vision, and the ability to inspire a volunteer team; Strong commitment to the mission and the human and social values of Angle Psy. Volunteer Conditions 100% remote position; Average availability of approximately 4 hours per week, with flexibility required during pivotal periods; Mandatory availability on Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (online team meeting); Flexible schedule for the remaining tasks; Availability to accompany and mentor team members.
