We are looking for volunteers to help us empty our future facility, located at 1221 Guy Street. This century-old building will become our main service point in a few months.

You will be helping carry furniture out of the building (a multi-story building equipped with an elevator) and loading it into a container located outside.

Dates needed: July 29, 30, and 31
Time slots: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Important: this task requires physical effort (carrying and moving heavy furniture, going up and down stairs/elevator). We're looking for people in good physical shape who are comfortable lifting and moving heavy objects.
