The Montreal Salvadoran Festival is a community-focused cultural event dedicated to celebrating and showcasing the richness of Salvadoran culture through music, cuisine, traditions, art, and community sharing. This major gathering fosters connections among Montreal’s diverse communities, highlights Salvadoran heritage, and offers all visitors an experience filled with joy, discovery, and conviviality. Organized with passion and dedication, the festival relies on the involvement of committed individuals who wish to contribute to the success of this unique cultural event.

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic volunteers to help us bring the Montreal Salvadoran Festival to life. The festival will take place at Parc de la Promenade-Bellerive. Volunteers will play a vital role in the event's smooth operation by assisting with tasks such as welcoming and guiding visitors, site monitoring and security, supporting participants, providing general organizational assistance, and handling various other duties essential to the festival's success.

Volunteer activities will take place according to the following schedule:

• Friday, July 10: festival site setup and preparation;
• Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12: main festival days;
• Monday, July 13: site dismantling, packing up, and cleanup.

We are looking for volunteers available ideally from 8:00 a.m., Friday through Monday. However, we remain flexible and can accommodate individual schedules. A minimum commitment of 5 hours per day of participation is requested. Volunteers may choose to participate for one or two full days, a half-day, or based on their own availability.

In appreciation of their valuable contribution, volunteers will receive an official festival T-shirt, food vouchers, and water while on-site. Shifts will be organized on a rotational basis so that everyone can contribute to the event while also having the opportunity to enjoy the artistic programming and fully experience the festival. Join our team and help create an event that celebrates culture, sharing, and community spirit. Your presence will make a real difference in the success of this great celebration!
