Free of charge and accessible to all, it features participatory workshops, guided tours and activities organized for the industry.

MUTEK’s Village Numérique returns for its third year with an even more daring and inclusive program. Organized by MUTEK, a promoter of digital art and electronic music for the past 27 years, this exceptional showcase of installations in the heart of Montreal features wall projections, interactive works, immersive experiences, and much more, all within a ten-minute radius.

The Village Numérique will take place from August 20 to September 3, 2026, over two weeks. Designed to be accessible and welcoming, this event invites the public to enjoy a unique experience and explore new artistic territories in their own way. Digital art serves as the central theme, stimulating our ability to imagine alternative futures through its many forms.

We are looking for volunteers to support the cultural outreach staff in explaining the works on display, between 5:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. each evening.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide information to the public 

• Support cultural mediation staff (explaining the artworks to the public)

• Manage access to the artworks

• Assist with opening and closing the exhibition
