Contact golf clubs to request donations that will be auctioned at our fundraising event at the end of July. The contributions collected will help support the mission of the ALS Society of Quebec.

Tasks:

• Make phone calls to the identified golf clubs.
• Briefly present the mission of ALS Quebec and the purpose of the auction (using a provided script).
• Request donations such as:
  • Golf foursomes (ideally with carts);
  • Rounds of golf for two people;
  • Gift certificates for the club's restaurant;
  • Accommodation packages;
  • Practice sessions or lessons with a professional;
  • Access to the practice range;
  • Promotional items or any other packages that may interest auction participants

• Answer basic questions about the organization and the event (using a provided script)
• Record the results of each call (interest, refusal, follow-up required, contact details) (using the Excel table)
• Pass on the information collected to the person responsible for partnerships and the auction
