The Centre de formation sociale Marie-Gérin-Lajoie (CMGL) is recruiting 3 new members to sit on its Board of Directors as of the AGM in October 2026. Our mission : Since 1996, the CMGL has been creating spaces for dialogue, civic education and social transformation to build a more just, inclusive and non-violent society. Our vision : to become a driving force for relational and social change, recognized for its expertise in non-violence, social justice and popular education. Current Board of Directors : 6 volunteer members from the community, union, arts and education sectors. Profile sought Desired skills We are looking for people with a philanthropic background. Commitment to inclusion We encourage applications from people of diverse backgrounds (cultural, gender, career), with real-life experience of social issues, or involved in community, union or activist work.
