Volunteer tasks and responsibilities:

• Check the validity of various accreditations to control access to the areas leading to the dressing rooms and work spaces (e.g. technical store and catering area) located behind the festival stages.
• Give artists a warm welcome and build a proactive rapport with staff who frequently use the area.
  
  This is a key role for the safety, image and smooth running of the festival; an alert, courteous and professional attitude at all times is essential.

A chair is provided, as well as a radio to communicate with supervisors and/or security staff when required.

Note that this role takes place outdoors at the outdoor site.
