Main Mission

As an Accreditation Agent, you are our 'front window'. People discover us through you, as you are the very first image and the first moment of joy when our artists arrive on-site. Your mission is to welcome the artists, manage their access, and hand over their official passes.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Welcome and Orientation:
  • Receive artists with courtesy and professionalism as soon as they arrive on-site.
  • Answer any questions regarding access zones and how the accreditation office operates.

Control and Verification:

• Verify the identity of the participants.
• Systematically validate artists' names using the official accreditation list provided by the production team.

Access Pass Management:

• Prepare and physically hand over accreditations (badges, wristbands, etc.) to confirmed artists.
• Ensure each badge is correctly assigned to guarantee security and smooth operations backstage.

Required Skills

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent presentation, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to manage stress during peak periods.
• Thoroughness: Great attention to detail to prevent any identification errors.
• Diplomacy: Ability to handle unexpected situations or individuals not on the lists with tact.

This position is accessible to individuals with reduced mobility.
