Are you passionate about community work? 
Would you like to share your skills and contribute to an organization that makes a real difference for seniors in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve? 

Résolidaire is recruiting four volunteer board members at its next Annual General Meeting on June 19, 2026.

The role of the Board of Directors: 

• Manage and conduct the organization’s affairs;
• Appoint the Executive Director, set their salary, and conduct performance evaluations;
• Form or dissolve working committees;
• Oversee the implementation of General Assembly decisions;
• Monitor the financial situation on a regular basis;
• Fill vacancies on the board.

Expectations

• Be available for at least one 3-hour daytime meeting per month and actively participate;
• For a 2-year term.

Desired skills

• secretarial work, meeting facilitation, financial management, communication, or organizational development
