Distribution of Neighbour’s Day Postcards

Date: May 25, 2026
Time: Between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Task Description

Volunteers will distribute Neighbour’s Day postcards by placing them at homes and local businesses within an approximate 10–20 km radius of each assigned location. Distribution should focus on visible community areas, residential streets, and nearby commercial sectors to maximize outreach and awareness.

Distribution Locations

1. 1668 Rue Saint-Germain, Saint-Laurent, QC H4L 3S8
2. 1025 Rue St-Hubert, Montréal, QC H2L 3Y3
3. 3702 Rue Sainte-Famille, Montréal, QC H2X 2L4

Volunteer Assignments

• Total Volunteers: 3
• Each volunteer will be assigned to one location and responsible for covering the surrounding neighbourhood perimeter within the designated radius.

Volunteer Responsibilities

• Distribute postcards respectfully and safely throughout the assigned area.
• Prioritize:
  • Residential homes
  • Apartment buildings (where permitted)
  • Community bulletin boards
  • Local businesses and cafés
• Report back on completed areas and any locations requiring follow-up.

• Postcards (provided by PAQ)
• Comfortable walking shoes/weather-appropriate clothing
• Water/snacks
