Charity Golf Tournament Assistant Operations Coordinator

About Kiwanis Lakeshore Montréal: We support disadvantaged youth and children. Our annual charity Golf Tournament is our largest fundraiser, directly funding programs that change young lives.

Time Commitment: May–June | 6-10 hours/month (flexible) | Busiest in Mid May-Early June

Location – Work from home

What You'll Do: Be the central coordinator for our Golf Tournament; managing sponsor relationships, overseeing event planning, and ensuring a successful day that makes a real difference for children in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track sponsor commitments and coordinate sponsor visibility for the event and online
• Coordinate tournament day operations (volunteers, registration, awards ceremony)
• Develop contingency plans and problem-solve as needed
• Gather feedback and support post-event reporting
• Build relationships with sponsors and community partners

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Professional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfort with email and spreadsheets
• Experience in business, event planning, or administration
• Passion for supporting youth in our community
