Golf Souvenir Programme Graphic Designer for charity golf tournament - Work from home

About Kiwanis Lakeshore Montreal:  Established in 1958 we support disadvantaged youth and children. Our annual Golf Tournament is our largest fundraiser, directly funding programs that change young lives.

Time Commitment: 25-30 hours | Most intensive work happens May-early June

What You'll Do: Update our professional souvenir programme for the Golf Tournament; a keepsake that showcases our sponsors and celebrates the event. You'll work in Canva to create a polished digital publication.

Key Responsibilities: Formatting sponsor advertisements

• Promotional cards for dining tables and golf cart
• Create sponsor logo/Ad specifications and formatting guidelines
• Proofread content and manage design revisions
• Prepare final file for digital flipbook (FlipHtml5)

Skills Needed:

• Junior to intermediate graphic design skills
• Comfortable working in Canva
• Strong organizational skills for managing digital sponsor materials

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with FlipHtml5 or similar digital flipbook platforms
• Print production knowledge
• Able to translate or work with English/French content
