As a member of the Board of Directors of Parasports Québec, you will play a key role in the organization’s strategic direction and governance. Your main responsibilities include: Actively participating in the four annual Board meetings and the Annual General Meeting Contributing to strategic decisions regarding the organization’s directions, policies, and programs Serving on a standing committee (Audit, Human Resources, or Governance) that meets 2 to 4 times per year Ensuring sound governance by approving budgets and monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations Acting as an ambassador for Parasports Québec within your professional and personal networks Maintaining confidentiality of discussions and disclosing any potential conflicts of interest The expected commitment is approximately 8 to 12 days per year, including meeting preparation.
