Chez Doris is looking for volunteers to provide occasional or ongoing administrative support to our team.

Through their involvement, volunteers help the organization run more efficiently on a daily basis and allow staff to dedicate more time to supporting the women we accompany.

Examples of tasks

• Welcoming visitors with respect and kindness
• Answering general phone calls or emails
• Directing requests to the appropriate staff member
• Filing and scanning documents
• Organizing paper and electronic files
• Preparing simple lists, tables, or forms
• Helping print, assemble, or review documents
• Checking office supplies and helping organize storage spaces
• Providing occasional administrative support based on team needs
