We are looking for volunteers who enjoy getting involved in their community and who wish to make a real difference in the lives of beneficiaries.

This volunteer activity takes place once a week, every Thursday, for approximately 4 hours, and is intended for individuals who wish to commit on a regular basis.

The involvement of volunteers is limited to the time needed to assist beneficiaries present during food distribution. Once beneficiaries have been served and assistance with transporting food items is completed, volunteers are free to leave.

Volunteers' primary responsibilities are:

• To engage with and welcome beneficiaries with respect and kindness during food distribution.
• To assist beneficiaries by helping them carry their grocery bags or food items up the basement stairs of the organization, where the food distribution takes place, to the exit. Note: it is a small staircase, but can still represent an obstacle for some beneficiaries.

Your presence, even for just a few hours, can greatly help to make access to food easier and more dignified for the people we support. Together, we can create a warm, supportive, and welcoming environment.
