We are looking for volunteer cooks to help us during our bi-weekly community meal event days at Welfare Avenue. We prepare delicious meals for homeless people and others in need within the Montreal community!

Our events are usually held on Sundays at noon and as a volunteer cook, you will need to prepare the meals on Sunday mornings or Saturdays before the event day. This position will require that you cook and prepare the meals in your home. It would also be very helpful if you can provide your own ingredients for the meals, but if not then we can always pay for the ingredients and deliver them, along with a recipe. We are usually aiming for 40-50 portions of food to be prepared per meal.
