Centre Philou is a specialized respite centre that welcomes children living with multiple disabilities. Our environment is designed to offer children warm, stimulating, and adapted experiences, while also supporting their families. Each day, we promote a human, caring approach centered on enjoyment, safety, and the participation of every child.

In this context, we are looking for volunteers for special one-time activities at Centre Philou.

These opportunities may take place during themed events, festive activities, or special days organized to give the children unique and memorable experiences. Volunteers may, for example, help create a nice atmosphere, take part in games and activities, support the flow of an event, or participate in original themed moments.

Among the ideas being considered, some activities could include volunteers dressed up as characters or mascots, such as in a Mario Bros-inspired theme, in order to bring fun and engaging moments to the children in a way that is adapted to their needs.

Above all, we are looking for people who are:

• reliable and respectful
• comfortable in a human and dynamic environment
• open to taking part in fun and engaging activities
• sensitive to the reality of the children welcomed at the centre

No perfect experience is required. More than anything, we are looking for kind-hearted people who are ready to get involved with care and enthusiasm in order to help create beautiful memories for the children at Centre Philou.
