Support for Activities in Our Community Gardens 

Do you enjoy being outdoors, moving around, playing, doing crafts, or simply sharing good moments with children?
Bouffe Action de Rosemont is looking for two volunteer helpers to support children’s activities while parents garden nearby.

What you’ll do

Working as part of a team with an activity assistant, you will help to:

• Lead games and activities for children in two community gardens;
• Suggest or support simple activities such as group games, crafts, nature challenges, etc.;
• Provide parents with a moment of calm while they garden;
• Repeat the same activities in both gardens to create a welcoming and consistent atmosphere.

No specific training is required — what matters most is enjoying time with children and wanting to contribute to the community.

Who we’re looking for:

• Friendly, patient, and open-minded people;
• Comfortable being outdoors (sun or light rain!);
• Able to collaborate, suggest ideas, or support activity facilitation.

Time commitment (flexible)

• About 2 hours of activities per week, per garden
• 1 hour of planning (in person or online)
• For a total of approximately 6 hours per week

Period

From April 27 to October 5, 2026
(Flexible depending on your start date and weather conditions)

The regular activity assistant will join the team in mid-May.

Petite-Côte Intergenerational Garden
Tuesday | 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Providence Intergenerational Garden
Wednesday | 5:45 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
