Présence Amie, a volunteer organization at Fleury Hospital, is seeking a secretary for administrative duties.

These administrative tasks may include:

• Collecting and opening mail.
• Taking telephone messages.
• Opening and reading incoming emails.
• Recording service requests on the computer (clothing, kits, etc.).
• Updating volunteer rosters (once a month).
• Processing internal requests for table rentals.
• Handling ad hoc requests.
• As needed, creating various Word and Excel spreadsheets.
• Sending emails or making phone calls to volunteers to confirm attendance at meetings, parties, etc.
• Handling internal publicity for book sales.

We are looking for one volunteer to help us twice a week, or two volunteers, each working a 5-hour shift.
