Hello,

We are looking for volunteers available on Thursdays, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, to help carry boxes of food and supplies before, during, and after the unloading of trucks.

Our Thursday sorting and distribution center is located at 120 Avenue Duluth East, Montreal, on the Plateau-Mont-Royal. Please note, it is physically demanding.

As a thank you, you will receive two food baskets per participation * requested hours: 10:00 AM / 2:00 PM
