Hello,

We are looking for volunteers available on Fridays, from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, to help carry food and supply boxes before, during, and after the unloading of trucks.

Our Friday distribution center is located at 120 Avenue Duluth East, Montreal, in the Plateau-Mont-Royal area. Please note, it is physically demanding.

As a thank you, you will receive two food baskets per participation
