We are looking for groups or individuals who would like to get involved in the conservation of the Lachine Canal. The activity consists of repainting a pedestrian/cyclist walkway that crosses over the Lachine Canal.

We provide all the necessary equipment: paint, brushes, rollers, and nitrile gloves.

To ensure volunteers are visible to walkway users, they will wear safety vests (yellow or orange), and cones will be placed to help direct traffic. “Wet paint” signs will also be installed after the activity.

The activity lasts about one hour, but it can be combined with a shoreline cleanup to make a three-hour activity.
