The volunteer works under the direct supervision of the volunteer coordinator and in collaboration with the intervention team. The mandate is to answer phone calls and emails from anyone wishing to receive our services and/or obtain information. Tasks: Required skills: Bachelor's degree student in psychology, psychoeducation, social work, sexology, or criminology OR Individuals interested in getting involved as volunteers Schedule : Be available for at least one 3.5-hour block per week (either from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.). A fixed-term contract, the duration of which will be determined based on your availability, as will the number of hours to be worked per month.
To receive a volunteer certificate, we require a minimum commitment of 6 months.
