Core Mission

Angle Psy is seeking a proactive and persuasive individual who wants to contribute actively to the organization’s growth by driving the sales of our workshops, training sessions, and services.

The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

• Actively promoting Angle Psy’s workshops, conferences, and services to schools, businesses, and organizations.
• Identifying and prospecting new potential clients.
• Presenting the service offer in a clear, convincing manner tailored to the needs of target audiences.
• Persuading partners and clients to sign up for the proposed workshops and services.
• Managing follow-ups necessary to close agreements and partnerships.
• Negotiating collaboration terms and conditions.
• Maintaining professional relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty.
• Collaborating with the communication team to support promotional strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in sales, business development, or outreach/representation.
• Confident in persuading others and presenting a professional service offer.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to meet development goals.
• Autonomy, dynamism, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Interest in social issues and mental health.
• Professionalism and the ability to represent the organization with credibility.

Volunteer Conditions

• Location: 100% Remote.
• Time Commitment: Approximately 4 hours per week.
• Mandatory Availability: Sundays from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM (online team meeting).
• Flexible Schedule for prospecting and follow-up activities.
