Core Mission

Angle Psy is seeking a Philanthropic Development Manager passionate about social impact, mental health, and community development. Your mission will be to structure and strengthen the organization’s fundraising and corporate sponsorship strategy.

The Philanthropic Development Manager will:

• Develop and structure a philanthropic strategy aligned with Angle Psy’s mission and values.
• Identify and approach individual donors, private foundations, and potential corporate sponsors.
• Implement fundraising campaigns (annual, one-time, or theme-based).
• Create solicitation tools, including philanthropic cases for support, pitch decks, and presentations.
• Advise the team on best practices for fundraising and building sustainable donor relationships.
• Manage donor stewardship and retention to encourage long-term commitment.
• Collaborate with the communication team to highlight campaigns and partner recognition.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or non-profit (NPO) development.
• Knowledge of major gift strategies and corporate sponsorship.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the organization professionally.
• Strategic vision and the ability to work autonomously.
• Rigorous organizational skills and a high level of professionalism.
• Sensitivity to social issues, specifically mental health and the prevention of sexual violence.
• Collaborative spirit and a strong commitment to the mission.

Volunteer Conditions

• Location: 100% Remote.
• Time Commitment: Approximately 4 hours per week.
• Mandatory Availability: Sundays from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM (online team meeting).
• Flexible Schedule for solicitation activities and follow-ups.
