The Neptune swimming club has nearly 400 swimmers spread across three training sites. We welcome swimmers from the age of 6 and support them in developing a love of swimming and values that will stay with them throughout their lives.

HOSPITALITY : 

The club will have a hospitality coordinator, with meals pre-ordered and organized in advance. We are looking for volunteers to help distribute meals and ensure the smooth running of the department, including making rounds around the pool to serve food and collect leftovers.

The Quebec Junior Cup is a provincial swimming competition in Quebec organized by the Fédération de natation du Québec (FNQ). It serves as a developmental stage for young swimmers.

Participants
Athletes aged 12 to 17 years

Swimmers must achieve provincial qualifying times before the competition for certain events, which supports their competitive development.

Competition Format
The competition takes place over approximately 2.5 days:

• Friday and Saturday: preliminaries and finals (two sessions per day)

• Sunday: timed finals (one session)
