Reporting to the Member Services Coordinator, the volunteer in this position will contribute to the smooth running of administrative and technological activities related to member services.

Tasks

• Conduct and analyze surveys
• Update reference documents
• Produce weekly SAM reports
• Organize the BEST database
• Create or improve IT tools and databases

Required profile

• Organizational skills and autonomy
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Comfortable talking on the phone
• Open-minded and empathetic attitude
• Shares the CRACPP's values of respect, solidarity, and cooperation
• Discretion, sense of ethics, and respect for confidentiality.
