Key Responsibilities Union Cosmique* is seeking a Public Relations and Artistic Development Manager to strengthen ties with artists, participants, and cultural partners. In this role, the Manager will: Develop and implement the public relations strategy. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media, partners, and institutions. Represent the organization at events, conferences, and professional meetings. Identify and support artistic development (new collaborations, innovative projects, events). Draft press releases, press kits, and communication materials. Collaborate with internal teams (communications, programming, production). Monitor media coverage and analyze performance indicators. *Union Cosmique is a branch of Angle Psy dedicated to boosting emerging artists in Quebec. Our mission is to create a space where art serves as a catalyst for social connection. Every Friday, we host participatory artistic evenings focused on sharing and co-creation. We aim to inspire artists and build a vibrant, engaged artistic community. Candidate Profile Educational background in public relations, communications, cultural management, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in PR, artistic development, or cultural project management. Excellent interpersonal and writing skills. Ability to represent the organization with professionalism. Strong initiative, creativity, and autonomy. Volunteer Conditions Approximately 6 hours per week. Presence required at specific events. Flexible schedule.
